Procurement Services

CWP has a large base of sub-contractors and suppliers spread across the geographical areas of our operations. We dedicate ourselves to providing our clients with the best available safety equipments, necessities such as mining boots, reflective belts and overalls, first-aid boxes and even computer accessories. By providing this wide variety of procurement services, CWP’s clients can only expect a hassle-free, successful execution of the projects.

Recruitment

Attracting workers to join our staff in remote areas is a challenge that CWP has overcome. We employ close to 250 people in our projects that are trained to better serve the needs of our clients. Their services range from housekeeping, transport as well as maintenance and catering. CWP also employs personnel in local offices who constantly strive to revamp our staff to best serve our clients.

Equipment and Furnishing

The sites in remote areas are equipped with state of the art kitchens, furnished bedrooms, living areas, entertainment and fully functional bathrooms. These sites provide a comfortable living experience, inclusive of all amenities, to our clients and their residents.

Coordination

Offices in the closest local cities support the sites in remote areas. These offices are run by managers who specialize in coordinating vehicles, travel arrangements as well as funds and registration processes for foreigners and Indian engineers working at the sites. They act as the bridge between the head office and the sites.

This organizational structure maintains the coordination between the sites, local offices and the head office. This eliminates communication gaps by providing a quick response time to client and site issues thereby resulting in a close-knit relationship between CWP and the client.
