Mr. Bansal (M.B.A Finance) has over 20 years of experience as an Entrepreneur and a Management Consultant. He was C.F.O of ATM, a California based Defense contractor. He has experience with Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOP) and was the President of ESOP Association of California. For the past 14 years, Mr. Bansal has been a Consultant to Multinational and Indian companies in developing large infrastructure Projects such as Ports, Jetties, Roads, Bridges and Power projects in India. He has to his credit successful ventures in IT Services and a Project Management Company with projects over $100 million in value. He is listed on the roster of experts at W.T.O., Geneva, Switzerland for their technical collaboration projects.
